With all the festivities of Cinco de Mayo coming up this weekend, I decided to make some cupcakes for my friends. We are all going to be hanging out and celebrating this weekend, and what better item to add to the celebration than cupcakes! I spent most of the week going back and forth with several ideas and looking on Pinterest for inspiration for what I wanted my cupcakes to look like. I decided to go with two different types of cupcakes. One with a chilli pepper on it made out of a fondant, then a flag that I can just stick in the cupcake. I can't wait to give them to my friends this weekend, I hope they like them. :-)
